“I have been a patient of several internists in my life and Dr. Kanter is the best. She is very thorough in her evaluations and recommendations. She is completely trustworthy and refers me to other specialists when it is necessary. There is never any problem in making an appointment. “I find that Dr. Kanter is a very good listener. When I needed help with some problems that were not directly related to her field, she searched for someone. I have never felt rushed when I'm in her consultation room. Smart, warm, and compassionate are the adjectives I'd use to describe her.”

“I feel so fortunate that I have found Dr. Kanter. When she opened her private practice, I was one of her first patients. She is everything I was looking for in an internist — kind, caring, and thoughtful. As I am a breast cancer survivor, she has coordinated all my medical treatment and even contacted my alternative medicine doctor to learn more about the supplements I take. I never feel rushed or unheard when I meet with her.”
- Leslie, Rockville, MD

“Dr. Kanter became our family doctor when our former doctor retired. We never expected to find anyone to replace our previous physician, who was concerned, brilliant, and compassionate. Dr. Kanter has been a remarkable find. She is an excellent diagnostician and is practical, reassuring and personable.
Even my husband, who is a physician, is extremely impressed by Dr. Kanter. Every time he consults with her, he comes home singing her praises. She calls us at home if anything concerns her, is assertive about prevention and a healthy lifestyle, and makes us feel as though we have someone warm and competent looking out for us. I can't recommend her too highly.”
- Pat, Potomac, MD

She is a treasure in the health field. I would recommend her to all.”

“We consider Dr. Kanter to be an outstanding doctor and diagnostician. She is very thorough in her assessments and takes however long is needed with each patient. Dr. Kanter is very caring and goes above and beyond to ensure the well being of each patient.
When we moved here seven years ago, it was Dr. Kanter that was most recommended. My husband has medical issues that require frequent follow up and check ups every few months. Each time he meets with Dr. Kanter, she is always very attentive, and he never feels rushed.
We would recommend Dr. Kanter to anyone who wants a doctor where they will always be treated with the highest priority. ”
